Our ongoing monthly services provide you with an expert database manager always on-hand to ensure data integrity, build reports, pull mailing lists, manage your back-end communications and more.

Monthly services include (but not limited to):

  • Offline and online gift entry & receipting management.

  • Duplicate maintenance, record integrity, and data entry consistency.

  • Email list management and maintenance (integration / sync between systems when applicable).

  • Customized mailing list generation (such as year-end appeal, event invitations, lapsed donors, mid-level donors, major gifts, etc…)

  • Management of electronic receipting, campaign codes, and other integrations (including website, quickbooks, peer-to-peer, 3rd party donation forms, etc…)

  • Custom filters and reports on request.

  • Donor prospecting, prospect research, donor engagement, and retention tracking.

  • Event administration (one-cause, mobile cause, native or other event management software, follow-up communications, syncing/integration between software systems when applicable).

Plans & Pricing

How it works: You’ll fill out an inquiry form below, then you can schedule a 30-minute consultation (schedule below) to discuss your needs and identify which plan is right for you.

Based on our conversation, we’ll send you a custom proposal outlining tasks and objectives, plan level, start date, and estimated length of service.

Once you’ve reviewed the proposal, you’ll sign and return the letter of agreement. Then, we’ll set up your client portal where we’ll track progress on your project, and set up automatic billing reducing the hassle. We always refund any unused hours when you are ready to conclude your services.
