Class 2: Defining and Identifying Mid-Level Donors
Before you can create a cultivation plan, you'll need to understand and define which donors fall into this group. We'll define parameters for mid-level donors that makes sense for your organization. We'll walk through exactly how to pull and evaluate a list of your current mid-level donors.
Class 3: Managing and Tracking Mid-Level Donors
In two video presentations, we'll explain why a system to track and measure your mid-level giving program is crucial. We'll walk you through setting up a system within your donor database software, and talk about which metrics to track.
Module 2: Building an Action Plan
Class 1: Effective Cultivation Tactics
This lesson shares specific, effective activities to nurture and cultivate your mid-level donor portfolio.
Class 2: Asking, Upgrading & Renewing Lapsed Donors
We’ll review the best ways to renew your mid-level donors, both current and lapsed, and how to ask for an upgrade when appropriate.
Class 3: Simple Prospect Research
Simple, inexpensive ways to discover more about your donors and identify your best major gift prospects.

What is the format of the workshop?
The workshop is designed as a shorter version of our full-length, online courses. It consists of 2 modules, each containing 3 video-based lessons that run between 6-22 minutes each. You'll also receive a downloadable PDF-workbook to supplement the video lessons.
This is a self-paced workshop so that you can work through the material at your convenience, on your schedule. You'll have ongoing access to the workshop material with no expiration date as well as free upgrades whenever we add new material.
